Terms governing use of AffiliateProgram.top, paid listings, and refunds.
Welcome to AffiliateProgram.top ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of https://affiliateprogram.top and our directory, listing-submission, and paid-placement services. By using the service or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
AffiliateProgram.top is a directory for discovering and submitting affiliate programs. We may review, moderate, feature, schedule, publish, reject, or remove listings in accordance with these Terms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, earnings, acceptance, or results of any third-party affiliate program.
You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and promptly update material changes. You are responsible for your listings and for ensuring that they are lawful, accurate, non-infringing, and authorized for publication. We may remove or restrict content that is fraudulent, misleading, illegal, spam, or violates another party's rights.
4.1 Paid plans. Pro and Sponsor listings are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. The applicable price and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment-card numbers on our servers.
4.2 Service delivery. Pro delivery begins when the paid listing is made publicly available or its paid featured placement is visible on the site. Sponsor delivery begins at the scheduled start of the Sponsor placement. A paid listing may still be subject to moderation and these Terms.
5.1 General rule. Paid listing purchases are generally non-refundable once the applicable paid service has begun. This does not limit any mandatory refund or withdrawal right available under applicable law.
5.2 Eligible refunds.
5.3 Not eligible. Refunds are not available after a Sponsor placement has started, after the relevant paid service has been delivered or used, or where an account or listing is suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
5.4 How to request a refund. Email support@affiliateprogram.top from the email address used for the purchase with the subject "Refund request" and include your account email, Stripe receipt or transaction ID, purchase date, plan, and reason for the request. We will acknowledge requests within 2 business days. If approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.
Our site content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, scrape, harvest, reproduce, resell, or use the platform or its data except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for lost profits, indirect or consequential damages, third-party affiliate-program actions, or service interruptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove listings, or change or discontinue the service where reasonably necessary. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
